Mrs. Eileen Dubien

Mrs. Dubien has twenty years accomplishment in management and analysis and has a track record of success with start-up ventures as well as established corporate entities. Expert in collaborating with business, technical, and creative professionals, cultivating effective operation plans and successfully bringing dynamic ventures to fruition, on schedule and within budget. Mrs. Dubien, as a decisive team leader accomplished in recruiting and hiring cross-functional teams, developing talent and creating effective training programs. Develops productive relationships with colleagues, clients, and staff at all levels. Mrs. Dubien has a native command of French and English.
Dr. Michael Harwood

Dr. Harwood is a highly qualified professional over 10 years of business and management consulting experience in many fields of economy. He has proven to be result-oriented and effective leader with proven ability to revive financial and economical troubled companies, has identified and resolved problems with diversified knowledge. Dr. Harwood has excellent ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner, with ability to synthesize. Dr. Harwood has PhD Degree in Economics, and he is a Certified General Auditor.
Mr. E. Terry Jaramillo

International Project Finance and Aviation Finance Expert
Mr. Jaramillo has over thirty-one years of experience in corporate finance/structured finance transactions ranging from tax-oriented leveraged leases to wastewater treatment project finance transactions in Western Europe. Mr. Jaramillo has specialized in projects that require complex structuring and placement capabilities, e.g., foreign grants from multilateral institutions combined with concessional financing from governmental agencies. He has served in senior managerial and credit capacities in large national and international banks, e.g., Southeast Bank, N.A., Citibank, N.A. (Head of Asset-based Lending for Florida) and NCNB n/k/a Bank of America. He also served as Head of Domestic Banking and Head of Investment Banking for Pacific National Bank, an affiliate of Banco del Pacifico in Ecuador. - For the past fifteen years, he has been an investment banker on Brickell Avenue. - He was published in 1998 in the American University International Law Review, Volume 13, No. 4 – Financing Sources for Trade & Investment in Latin America. He holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot license. He holds a State of Florida Private Investigative Manager license.
Dr. Haldun Mergen, Sc.D.

Dr. Mergen has almost 20 years of experience in project development and hi-tech issues. He is experienced in business development and project management within the developing European territories, including Poland, Italy and Turkey, Ukraine; and the Caucasian countries as well as continental United States, Canada and UK. He holds Doctorate of Science on Robotic and Cybernetics. After his career at Prime Group, he was employed by GE (General Electric) Medical until his interception with H&H Group in Florida. Dr. Mergen has served as Senior Executive and Senior North American Liaison Officer of H&H Group, an international business resource and development corporation which served numerous private and governmental institutions for their feasibility study preparation, market analysis, preliminary due-diligence, project finance assistance, international corporation establishment and similar development and improvement requirements and is currently a senior executive of ASIIF. Dr. Mergen has command of French, English and Turkish
Dr. Hakan Cora, Ph.D.

Dr. Cora has over 12 years of experience in business development and project management within the developing European territories, including Poland, Italy and Turkey, Ukraine; and the Caucasian countries as well as continental United States, Canada and UK. Dr. Cora has served as Director, General Coordinator and North American Liaison Senior Officer of H&H Group, an international business resource and development corporation which served numerous private and governmental institutions for their feasibility study preparation, market analysis, preliminary due-diligence, project finance assistance, international corporation establishment and similar development and improvement requirements and is currently a senior executive of ASIIF. Besides English, Dr. Cora has command of Turkish and Italian and has studied Business Management at the Universities of Maryland and LaVerne, and after completing his B.A. in International Relations and M.A. Degree in Political Sciences, he has achieved his Ph.D. degree in Business. He also holds Certificates of Achievements from ANSI (American National Standards Institute) and holds Private Investigative licenses from United States and Canada. Mr. Cora also is a Notary Public in the State of Florida.
