Accounting and Transaction Due Diligence
To assist you in evaluating and managing your transaction, licensed institutions can assemble and analyze all relevant data, documentation, and internal and external reports of the Target Company. Licensed institutions also maintain relationships with independent CPA firms that can render attestation services on the assembled information.

Customer and Market Due Diligence
Customer Due Diligence Reports. To assist you in completing your transaction, licensed institutions will compile, analyze and prepare a detailed Customer Due Diligence Report on the Target Company's customer and sales data.
Market Due Diligence Reports. Licensed institutions' Market Due Diligence Reports contain highly analytical data and analysis on the Target Company's economic and competitive environments as well as its viability and prospects within those environments.

Management Due Diligence
Confidential Reports. Licensed institutions' Confidential Reports detail and analyze the business history of a Subject without the Subject's knowledge and participation. Our Confidential Reports include select, publicly available information.
Transparent Reports.Licensed institutions’ Transparent Reports detail and analyze the business history of a Subject with the Subject's knowledge and participation. In addition to publicly available information, our Transparent Reports include subject matter from private sources.
Due Diligence Briefing. Licensed institutions’ Due Diligence Briefing service provides our clients with a 24-48 hour verbal report of information and analysis to be contained in a forthcoming Confidential or Transparent Report.

Technical Due Diligence
New technology investments pose particular screening difficulties for the average angel investor or financial intermediary. Licensed institutions’ Technical Due Diligence Reports evaluate the Target Technology for both technical feasibility and market potential.

Valuation Services
Licensed institutions can assist our clients in evaluating the purchase price for their investment through our Valuation Service, which focuses on mid-sized, closely-held companies and assets.
